If you make a donation, payment information is processed directly by Stripe and we do not store your full card details.

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve the Platform; process donations and campaign payments; send transactional emails such as donation receipts and campaign updates; respond to your comments and questions; monitor and analyse usage patterns; detect and prevent fraudulent transactions; and comply with legal obligations. We may share your information with: campaign organisers (limited to donor name and message, unless you donate anonymously); payment processors such as Stripe to facilitate transactions; service providers who assist us in operating the Platform; law enforcement or government authorities when required by law; and successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. 5. Anonymous Donations
If you choose to donate anonymously, your name and contact details will not be shared with the campaign organiser or displayed publicly. However, we will still retain your information internally for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and record-keeping purposes.
